Returns Policy

Country Gift Company will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided it is returned within 14 days of receipt. Please send an email to to inform us you are returning your item.

Please request proof of postage from the post office for any returned items as the Country Gift Company cannot be responsible for any item that gets lost or damaged in transit.

Delivery charges and returned postage can only be refunded if the item is faulty. If an item you have received is damaged or faulty please email within 24 hours.

  • Goods damaged in your possession
